The 20th Regional Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO) brings together experts in labour, social policy, and economic development to advance regional goals for decent work, social protection, and sustainable development. With up to 2,500 attendees, 50 sessions, and over 70 exhibitors, the conference highlights innovations in labour rights, economic resilience, and policies fostering inclusive growth across the region. The conference is hosted jointly by Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure, Ethiopian Roads Administration, and the International Labour Organization.
